What do you do when it all feels too much? Last week was one of those weeks. Here are some things that worked for me. What about you?
Tip 1. Write it all down. All the things. Get them out of your head and on to a piece of paper or into a spreadsheet. That way you don’t have to keep it all in your head.
Tip 2. Set priorities. What has to be done today? This week? This month?
Tip 3. Then break it down. What are the steps? Figure out at least the first few steps for the top priorities. Then do the first task on the first priority. And then the next. One baby step at a time.
