That’s what’s left of this year. It is actually enough time to finish some things but as we run around finishing, and shopping, and planning trips and cooking, it’s also a great time to review and consider what’s next.
Here are some questions to get you started:
- What are you proudest of that you accomplished in 2024?
- What gave you the most joy in 2024?
- What do you want more of in 2025?
- What do you want less of?
Be specific. Especially on those last two. I suspect we all want more joy and less conflict but what is that in practical terms in our lives. How much or how many. What does it look and feel like.
Let me know some of your answers. I’d love to learn from you.
To a great end to 2024,
Julie
What I’m learning: This month I am excited to be working with Kim Groshek and her Revitalize Global Summit. Be honest with me for a moment—when was the last time you truly felt excited and energized about your work? If you had to think about it for more than a second, there might be a problem. Being a high achiever comes with its own unique set of challenges. You’re constantly spinning plates, managing people, handling stress, and shouldering more responsibility than most can imagine. But when was the last time you felt like you were thriving instead of just surviving? Join me and a group of great speakers with actionable ideas.
P.S. Have feedback on anything in this newsletter? I take questions, compliments and complaints! You can reply or DM me on Facebook orLinkedIn! What do you want more or less of? Other suggestions? Let me know!
