That’s right. I don’t believe in them. I do believe in goals and plans. Multiple action plans. So as we close 2020 and ready for 2021, what do you want? What will it feel like when you get it? What are three to five ways to get there? If one doesn’t work, you have more options.

Let’s say you want to lose 15 pounds. 

How will you feel – lighter, faster, stronger, healthier, what else?

What actions can you take – eat clean, run, swim, give up dairy, give up sugar or alcohol, track your calories in and out, what else?

Now, you are clear about the goal and have lots of paths to try. 

What are your goals? How many paths can you think of?

Have a great end to this wild year. Let’s make 2021 successful even if it requires extraordinary creativity.
