Really. What if you don’t have a clue?
Some days, I don’t. Many in fact.
Especially these days. I don’t know when we won’t be expected to stay home. I don’t know when I’ll get to hug the littles again. I don’t know when there will be a vaccine.
I don’t know what our new normal will be. I don’t know when I get to fly again. I don’t know when I can get back to California. Or when I’ll be able to speak on a stage again. And so on and so on.
But there is a lot I do know. And that’s what I will double down on.
I know I can help leaders build strong organizations.
I know I can get the book written.
I know it will get better.
I know I can create art and build friendships, and cook great meals and facilitate difficult conversations.
I know we will get through this. I know we’ll be stronger for it. I know we can still change the world for good.
What do you know for sure?
Julie
